Recommended Adult Use : 4 scoops daily in divided doses.

One thing you have to remember is that not all protein shakes agree with everyone. I've tried Horleys Mass and Mutant Mass but am finding Mass Freak the best shake for me. First few times I was taking 2 scoops once a day and felt bloated and had the runs afterwards so I started having 1/2 scoop once a day and been gradually increasing. Even though i'm taking just over one scoop a day now I've seen improvements in my weight, muscle gain and energy without the bloating and runs. Hopefully I can make it to the the recommended serving soon. Protein shakes seem to work differently for different people. Chocolate and water is good!!

I used Mass Freak for 4 months straight in mid 2015, and it definately works to increase body wieght. I was using it as replacement for breaskfast and then another full surve post workout. This pushed me up over 3000 calories a day, at a starting body wieght of 80kg.
I have always struggled to put on wieght and eat a lot, but with this I went up around 8kg in 4 months. (80kg to 88kg). The inclusion of the high dose Leucine makes this a great muscle builder (5 grams per serve).
It is a little high in sugar, so you have to expect that it will put on a small amount of fat as well as muscle, but the muscle growth was impressive. I only stopped when I went started a fat loss phase. I would definately use it again. Chocolate tastes great.
