I do not have a Credit Card, can i pay by internet banking or bank deposit ?

Yes you can, when placing your order, click the box that says "Credit Card" at the bottom of the page where you enter your details ( name, address etc ).

The box will then drop down to give you another payment option "Bank Deposit / Internet Banking".

Select this option and continue to place your order as normal and you will be taken through to a page where it will give you all our bank account details as well as an order number for you to use as a reference when paying for your order in person at the bank or by using internet banking.

Many people do not have a credit card and use this method to order their products from our site. As soon as your funds clear into our account ( usually overnight ) your order will be shipped that day.

Payment can also be made by using pre-paid Visa or Mastercard " debit cards " or "prezzie" cards which can be purchased at the post office and other retail outlets.

Can I make an order over the phone ?

You, certainly can, just call one of our friendly customer service team on our nationwide free phone number 0800 776 787 and we will be happy to help you.

Do I have to pay any shipping costs ?

No, we offer Free Courier Delivery with EVERY order throughout New Zealand, including South Island and Rural Delivery addresses.

Please note:
Rural deliveries can only be tracked as far as to the rural driver.
A signature may not be able to be obtained after this so this would be at the customers own risk.

Are there any extra costs or hidden charges on top of the total amount of my order on the checkout page ?

No, the amount on the checkout page is the total amount you pay

How long will it take for my order to arrive ?

North Island / South Island
Expected delivery within 24 - 48 hours Workdays  Monday - Friday
Cut off for same day dispatch - 4pm.
Any orders placed after 4pm Friday will not be processed until Monday.

Please allow 1 extra working day for delivery.
NZ Couriers deliver to Rural then item is delivered by your local RD driver.

If I order by Credit Card will my details be secure ?

Credit Card payments are processed through DPS (payment express) which offers a secure payment system. Customer credit card details are never stored in our system either in electronic or hard copy format.

I was told my contact details are kept in your system ?

Yes, we keep your contact details and email address. We guarantee these details will NEVER be disclosed or sold to a third party, and will only ever be used by us to inform you of current specials or promotions relating to Shotgun Supplements.

I have seen a better price on another supplement site in NZ, will Shotgun Supplements match it ?

If you happen to find one of our products advertised on another site for a better price, then simply contact us by email or on our free phone number 0800 SPORTS ( 776 787 ), and we will do our best to either match that price, or possibly even beat it.

How do I know if a product is in stock ?

If one of our products is out of stock it should clearly show up as " out of stock " on the site. When a flavour is out of stock it will clearly state next to the product what flavour is currently out of stock.

Why does your site not let me backorder products that are not in stock ?

We do not allow customers to backorder products because sometimes it is hard to guarantee exactly when our new stock will arrive to fill backorders and we don't want our customers to have to wait when they have already paid for their purchase. If a product on our site is not showing as out of stock, then that means we have it on the shelves available for immediate shipping.

My parcel still hasn't arrived, and it was expected sooner ?

Just contact us if you think there is a delay, and we will find out what exactly where your order is.

Do you send expired products ?

Absolutely not, unless it is on our clearance page and we have stated that it is expired, or soon to expire stock. Otherwise all stock sent out has good shelf life remaining.

I'm unsure what product is best for me ?

How do I go about returning a product ?

Please contact us if you wish to return an item. We can then arrange to exchange the product or refund you for the item depending on the reason for return.

If your products have been damaged through transit, then please contact us immediately and we can contact the courier, or your local courier branch.

Are these products safe for me to use ?

If you are unsure about taking any of the products we stock then either contact your GP, or one of the staff at Shotgun Supplements.

It is very important that you follow the daily recommendations and serving allowances and thoroughly read the dosage instructions on products before using them for the first time.
